Believe it or not, a lot of times people are very nervous about what to do with their hands. You want to make sure that you’re not distracting, which for those of us who talk with our hands, that can be hard. The truth is that no one is really looking at your hands, you’re just more aware of them because you’re standing in front of a room full of people. So, just relax those shoulders, let those arms hang and you’ll be just fine.
