Video Script
A lot of people call and they want to know about our revision policy. Basically you’ve paid for a video and we’ve sent you that first version. If you want to make a couple tweaks, can we do that or are we going to charge you? Part of our editing process is that we include revisions, and that means we are so confident in our pre-production process, in the script that we’ve done, and the storyboard, that we’ve given you this final video and it’s 99.9% of the way exactly how we envisioned it and how we discussed that it would be.
Yes, there’s going to be a couple tweaks and we’re happy to do that. If you decide that you want to make some big changes then that’s not going to be included. We consider that an overhaul versus just some tweaks and revisions. The answer is we don’t have a revision policy. We do revisions as part of our editing price, and if you want to overhaul it would cost a little bit more.
